Bulk Updates to Retainage
With the Bulk Retainage update feature, users with Add/ Edit Commitments permissions will be able to update the Retainage % on all or multiple selected commitment items in bulk. This will eliminate the need to manually edit the Retainage % for each individual item.
Using this feature, the Default Retainage % may be simultaneously updated for future or new SOV items as well.
On the Edit Commitment Details page, users will be able to select the commitment items that need to be updated and then click Update Retainage %. The Update Retainage Percent window will be displayed where changes to the Retainage % for the selected items can be made and applied.

After the updates have been saved, the details of the user who updated the retainage percentage will then be displayed as a note on the Notes tab in the Commitment Details page.
Submittal Item Status - "In Review"
A new "In Review" status will now be displayed for submittal items that have been sent for design review. With this enhancement, submittal team members will be able to quickly see which submittal items are in design review.
When a submitter (General Contractor) clicks the Send for Review button on the Items tab of the Submittal Package Details page, the submittal item status will change from "NEW" to "In Review".
This change applies to submittals that are sent to review after August 17, 2023.

When the design review is complete, the Submittal Coordinator assigns a final status or disposition status (such as Approved, Resubmit and so on).
The following issues have been resolved:
Bidding
- If a bid manager changes the status of a bid package to Closed prior to the bid deadline, the bid portal will now reject any bidder submissions. (Case# 519006)
- Users can now search for a contact in the Potential Bidders page using a custom field value. (Case# 519319)
- A bidder was able to recall a bid, remove a required file, and resubmit without necessary documentation. We have added an additional validation of required files for resubmissions. (Case# 520230)
Cost
- Resolved an issue where editing values in one Funding Source Template were inadvertently updating fields on other Funding Source Templates. (Case# 515857)
- Users will now be able to open all dynamic cost columns without any errors. (Case# 519871)
Dashboards
- Resolved an issue that caused the Attached Documents window to disappear while attaching documents to process instances using the "Select from Documents module" option. (Case# 519295)
Data Warehouse
- The data warehouse query for ProcessRouting has been optimized for better performance. (Case# 514089)
Processes/ Workflow
- Resolved an issue where external recipients of mail merges were not receiving notification emails when the mail merge email format was configured for "Plain Text". (Case# 522274)
Reports
- Resolved a permissions error where process reports created by an Account Admin could be viewed by all users. (Case# 00519594)
User Setup
- Resolved an error that occurred when downloading processes with large amounts of metadata. (Case# 517215)
